WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Typically your order is engraved and processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays. I will always update the website with current processing time as well.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

All sales are final as these are custom items made to order. However, if there is any issue or concern with your order please email hello@aniquinndesign and I am happy to help!

ARE YOU ABLE TO CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER OR DESIGN?

Yes. Please reach out to me to discuss your wants with your custom design. Please note that depending on the complexity of the design, a $25 design fee may apply. I will let you know of this before you complete your order. 

CAN YOU ENGRAVE LOGOS?

Absolutely! We ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.

DO YOU OFFER BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS?

Yes! Please reach out with any bulk order inquiries as we offer discounts on orders 10+.

WHY DOES MY ENGRAVING LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE BOARD ON YOUR SITE?

Our boards are made of natural woods, therefore every board will look different in their grains etc. Engraving on different grains and colors of wood also changed how the engrave will look. Every board is unique and one of a kind, which is why we love it so much!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BOARD?

All boards are sanded before arriving in your hands. To maintain the quality of your board be sure to never let soak in water. Wash and dry IMMEDIATELY. Continue to care for board by applying food safe mineral oils to your boards every few months depending how often you use it. We recommend using Walrus Oil.
